We spent the majority of our time with one another, growing, learning, and just simply being. With the investment of everything we put into the relationship, it’s safe to say we were proud of what we had created. This began as an experimentation of photographing a relationship at all angles, a relationship still young, yet so strong and intense.

The break up brought a lot of confusion, doubt and shock. It was sudden, it can’t be explained, and it just is what it is. Everything has changed; it’s an adaption back into a world that I have not seen in a year. It’s extremely difficult to not be reminded of everything, to understand what has happened and to move on. It’s something that happened. Both parties hurt. Now, I explore my life alone, moving through a space alone. This is not only a study and exploration of a relationship, but emotional detachment from that as well.
